Yoga Teacher Training Begins 8/24/18
You love yoga + desire to deepen your practice + the magic of functional movement = Embody Yoga Teacher Training
You've been thinking about taking a yoga teacher training for a while. Perhaps, you've even attended a few info sessions, or looked at various studios websites. You are wondering "What's the best program for me? How will I know?"
To determine what the best program for you is it's important to know what you want.
So what do you want?
Now your thinking "WAIT! What? What does that even mean?" Hold on there! I got you. Most trainings focus on getting fancy, yeah there is philosophy, history and a wee bit of anatomy sprinkled in but mostly it serves the advanced yogi and a whole lot of woo that won't benefit you or your students and isn't necessarily in the Yogic tradition. If you want to teach you want something different.
If you are looking for a deeper understanding of your body. This training is for you.
If you want to deepen your yoga practice and develop new life skills. You got it!
If you want to know how to teach the people who walk into your class with different bodies, injuries or needs. You'll get that here!
If you want to enjoy your practice for life and avoid repetitive stress related injuries. You will learn to move in ways that will prevent injury and be able to share that knowledge with your students.
If you want to be able to confidently speak to a room full of strangers. This is for you.
If you want to understand your motivations your thought process, your behaviors. Well, you'll learn more about you here than you have ever known before.
If you want to get a deeper appreciation for yoga history, philosophy and culture. You'll get it here!
If you want a small training where the focus is on you, your personal development as a teacher, and feedback. You got it!
Taking your practice deeper + desire to move your body in nourishing ways + yoga history and philosophy = Embody Yoga Teacher Training

Your authentic voice and cultivate your communication skills
